Fix8 – Generate Computer Animated Video Clips with your Webcam

fix8 is a free interactive communication tool that animates your expressions and movements in real-time. All you need is your PC, a webcam, and a dash of creativity.

So you can either – build your own items, or there are items that others have created and shared.

fix8 also integrates with the major instant messenger clients such as AIM, MSN Messenger and Yahoo Messenger.

This looks like a pretty interesting and fun program. In the future imagine using this tool to create faces for scripted animation, to replace  hand-keyframed animation.
